Our Supply Program Management office runs change and improvement programs with a global scope for the supply of crushers and screeners. The colleagues and stakeholders are Production Unit Managers, Global Logistics and Supply Chain teams. We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager for a role that reports to, and works closely with, the Global Program Director. Your mission – Ensuring world class delivery on a global stage
As Senior Project Manager, you manage and coordinate the Supply Project Office activities globally, and lead overall performance and transformative change efforts. This means supporting timely production and delivery of customer orders, with the right quality, cost and safety for each production unit and assembly center of Equipment and Aftermarket Components. You manage and coordinate all operational excellence activities globally. Furthermore, you actively enforce and support the building of a Supply organization with best-in-class operations in manufacturing, planning, materials management and quality. Other responsibilities are to support the fulfillment of performance targets by actively supporting key improvement projects, and to support global process mapping and improvement activities enabling global system implementation.
Your character – A structured and inspiring Project Manager with strong business acumen
We are looking for someone with a MSc in Engineering or Finance, or another relevant field. You have at least ten years’ experience from project management, of which three years are in senior and global roles, including change management and transformation challenges. Previous assignments in a Line Manager role in a large organization, together with solid supply chain experience, preferably both from line and project roles, make you suitable for this role. You have thorough understanding of business drivers in the supply chain and logistics, and the ability to work in global organizations managing virtual teams and multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and different supply chain systems is an advantage, as is training in supply chain management. Since we act both locally and in a global setting, you need good skills in verbal and written Swedish and English.
